BET has announced the return of Behind The Story with Nomalanga “The Flame” Shozi as the new host of the fifth season that is premiering on Saturday, 9 October at 18:30 CAT.
Nomalanga known for presenting BET Breaks Africa on the channel , being Gagasi FM Drive Time show host, actress on ISONO, MTV Shuga, Rhythm City and more. With the new season of Behind The Story, Nomalanga will take audiences on a bold, intriguing and fun adventure filled with the eclectic tastes and sounds of the dynamic city of Jozi. She will pick up a local celebrity guest for an intimate drive where they will visit and explore memorable significant locations and venues together during the interview. From the buzzing Kasi at Vilakazi Street to the pulsating energy of Maboneng precinct audiences will be treated to a visual feast and personal celebrity guest reveal as they share nostalgic insights into how and where they got their 1st big break, first house, met their loved ones and more never before revealed stories. Audiences can look forward to former Minister Gigaba's estranged wife, Norma Mngoma, who recently dished dirt at the Zondo Commission, popular rapper , Reason, Kwamashu's platinum-selling artist and Osama hitmaker Zakes Bantwini and many more.
